Tony Williams isn't just a realtor. He's a born-and-raised Texan, second-generation custom homebuilder, and trusted advisor whose life has been spent inside the homes other people only get to walk through.
Texas Elite Custom Homes was founded by Tony Williams in 2008. But the story really begins decades earlier — in the unfinished homes Tony explored as a boy, following his father from foundation to framing to finish.
The smell of fresh lumber. The sound of hammers and saws. The quiet excitement of watching a house rise out of the dirt. His father, a seasoned custom homebuilder, instilled a deep respect for craftsmanship, integrity, and hard work — values Tony carries into every transaction today.
He spent summers and weekends learning construction from the ground up. Through high school and college, he ran a successful landscaping company while playing football for the University of Houston. After college, he served his community with the Houston Police Department before transitioning into new home sales, then becoming a project manager for a respected local custom builder.
As the years passed, Tony realized he wanted to continue the legacy his late father began. In 2008 he founded his own company with one vision — homes that were beautiful, functional, intentional, and deeply personal. In 2009 his wife Kristi, a Texas A&M graduate, joined him to grow it into the luxury brand it is today.
Today, Tony pairs nearly two decades of luxury building expertise with elite real estate strategy — guiding Texans through luxury homes, land acquisition, development, new construction, and investment.
